No professional relationship
Use of the site does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, legal, tax, brokerage, banking, insurance or other professional relationship.
Availability and changes
The beta service may be changed, corrected, suspended or discontinued. Calculation methods and features may evolve, and results from different versions may not be identical.
No warranties
The site is provided on an “as available” basis for educational use. While care is taken in the calculation logic, errors can occur and no representation is made that outputs will be complete, current or suitable for a particular financial decision.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or be hosted by third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean RetireWise endorses a third-party product.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security measures, misrepresent the tool as providing guaranteed outcomes, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
The RetireWise name, interface, written content and original application code may be subject to intellectual-property rights. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation
Financial decisions can involve substantial risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the beta tool and reliance on its estimates is at the user's own risk. This clause does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
